Welcome to the Star Status World website and our applications (each our “Service”). This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms and conditions on which we shall allow artistes and entertainment suppliers to use Star Status World. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before creating an account with Star Status World . By accessing our site, and creating a Star Status World account, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions please contact us through our email address. If you do not accept these terms and conditions in full please do not use our Service.
You must be at least (18) years of age to use Star Status World; by using it or agreeing to these terms and conditions, you warrant and represent to us that you are at least (18) years of age. If we are made aware that the recipient is not 18 years of age, we will remove their login and all details thereof.
Star Status World and all of its original content are the sole property of Star Status World and Kiddies Superstore Limited (please insert the company’s website) and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.
When you create a Star Status World account, an email thanking you and confirming your compliance and commitment (the “Confirmation Email”) will be sent to you. Please ensure that you have given us a correct email address. Star Status World seeks to provide quality entertainment services and will be the first contact in the event there is a problem with your account. We monitor our Partners closely in order to ensure that they comply with our standards and help us to maintain our reputation. Please let us know if you have any comments relating to our Partners or in respect of the entertainment services rendered by emailing or calling us.
Star Status World reserves the right to terminate your access to your account, without any advance notice.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Star Status World, its affiliates, agents, directors or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses that result from the use of, or inability to use, the service, whether or not Star Status World has been warned of the possibility of such damages and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Star Status World’s aggregate liability for all claims related to the service shall not exceed the greater of £100 or the amounts paid by you in connection with your use of the service prior to the claim giving rise to such liability.
This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
Changes to This Agreement
Star Status World reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of Star Status World after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the site immediately.
Neither you, Star Status World nor the Partners shall be responsible to the others for any delay or non-performance of its obligations under this agreement arising from any cause beyond its control including, without limitation to any of the following: act of God, governmental act, war, fire, flood, explosion or civil commotion.
If any provision of this agreement is judged to be illegal or unenforceable, the continuation in full force and effect of the remainder of the provisions shall not be prejudiced.
These terms contain the whole agreement between the parties relating to its subject matter and supersede all prior agreements, arrangements and understandings between the parties relating to that subject matter.
